I have been feeling extremely blessed to have a great group of friends. More than friends even, they are like extended family. I have people I can count on, more so than most of my family even. God has placed my son and I in a church where we have found the most wonderful group of people who love us and take care of us. I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am to have such a wonderful group of people in my life.

It’s going to be a busy weekend but it should be fun too. Hockey game tonight. Work tomorrow Church and fun and fellowship on Sunday. I’m thinking it’s time to get back to my writing. Since I finished “Look What the Cat Dragged In” (keep an eye out at http://www.whortleberrypress.com for news on that), I haven’t written anything. I need to edit my completed novel and finish the work in progress. The Nascar season has started back up so I should be able to get that groove going and finish the Nascar romance. My completed novel, a romantic suspense, needs a lot of editing. Get rid of a lot of fluff and add some much needed details. I’ve got to get done with those two because I have two other ideas in my head and I have to finish something before I can start something new. If I don’t make it back here have a great weekend everyone.

There just doesn’t seem to be enough of it to do everything that needs to be done. Leave the house 7:30 ish in the morning. Home by 5:30 ish. Have to sleep some. Add in Scouts on Tuesday; Church on Wednesday (that includes dinner so that’s a good thing); Bible Study on Thursday. Once a month there’s an extra Scout meeting. Add in other Scout and Church activities and there’s something at least one Friday and/or Saturday a month. So when is there enough time to write? I would like just two extra hours one before I fall asleep and one before I have to get going in the morning and I think I could get some real writing done. If I could just have those two uninterrupted hours a day. If only.
